Methadone Pricing: 

All fees include medical management and counseling. 

All patients on Methadone are required to meet with their primary counselor, or attend group sessions, at least twice monthly.  

Additional sessions to be scheduled if deemed necessary by treatment team.  The cost for additional sessions is $35/individual and $25/group 

Methadone Dosing Fees:

• $14.00    per day
• $84.00    per week
• $166.00  bi-weekly
• $336.00  monthly
• $30.00 GUEST DOSING SET-UP FEE  

If paid in advance, price reflects a 10% discount. 
 
Suboxone Pricing: 

All fees include medical management and counseling. 

All patients on Suboxone are required to meet with their primary counselor, or attend group sessions, at least twice monthly.  

Additional sessions to be scheduled if deemed necessary by treatment team.  The cost for additional sessions is $35/individual and $25/group.

If your dose is:

16 mg or less/day	$22/day	$154 per week	$572 per month
20 mg/day	$25/day	$175 per week	$650 per month
24 mg/day	$28/day	$196 per week	$728 per month
32 mg/day	$39/day	$273 per week	$884 per month

If covered by prescription insurance, then price will be $250 monthly. We will give you a prescription to take to a Pharmacy for filling.
